As a Finishing Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our merchandise. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks including meticulously folding clothing, expertly packing shirts and other items, and conducting thorough quality checks to maintain our high standards. There's also potential for cross-training in our other departments.

*This job involves repetitive tasks and it is important that each team-member maintains focus. 

This is a full-time position weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Skills and Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Dependable and punctual

Strong team player with a cooperative mindset

Comfortable executing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, particularly in folding garments

Willingness to learn and adapt to various departmental roles

Ability to maintain consistency and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Capable of meeting daily and weekly production targets

Effective communication skills

Alertness in identifying and reporting product defects or discrepancies to supervisors

Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (8+ hours)

Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, grabbing, and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Proficient in accurately distinguishing between colors
