ITD is recruiting for a Financial Technician to join our team at our District 3 office in Boise. The primary purpose of this position is to review, complete and process accounts receivable reconciliations ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws while following imposed deadlines.

Example of Duties
Customer Service contact for end users
Process multiple revenue distributions
Use spreadsheets & reports to reconcile multiple revenue accounts
Use automated systems and system software to enter, retrieve and edit financial data
Research accounting systems and records to identify and correct errors in financial transactions
Payroll processing – entering timesheets, processing correction
Arrange travel for district staff
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Good knowledge of financial record-keeping
Experience:
Researching and compiling financial information and preparing summaries and reports;
Using personal computers to enter, retrieve and edit financial data.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with MS WORD and Excel
Proficiency with data entry
