This role joins the team responsible for delivering customers the best value across pricing and promotions for Amazon Fresh's shopping experience and grocery selection.In this role, you are the central leader across the end-to-end promotions process. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing roadmaps, delivering cohesive value driven CX plans through multiple cross-functional teams, and leveraging stakeholders to measurably improve price and promotion quality and efficiency throughout. This role is highly visible and directly responsible for influencing many levels of leadership across primarily category, marketing, in-stock, tech, and operations teams.The ideal candidate has a strong customer experience background, intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts and prioritization. You must also be passionate about building and iterating indirectly through cross-functional teams. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities* Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across Category Management, Marketing, In-stock and Operations to lead end to end promotional planning each month, from providing the strategy and goals, to gathering inputs and presenting plans to executive leadership* Deep dive pain points with stakeholders on a continuous basis and work with trade planning product development, Selection, finance, BI and other stakeholder teams to deliver measurable improvements. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
