What will you do?

　　You will be part of the Fulfillment practice team, under the Supply Chain and Operations function, which helps clients drive efficiencies and develop competitive advantages through transformation of its transportation, logistics, warehousing, global trade and distribution capabilities. Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Analyst/Consultant in the Supply Chain & Operations Fulfillment – Warehouse Management team you will work at the heart of warehouse management transformations, from concept to implementation.

　　Support Accenture client on decision-making processes to build up sustainable warehousing solutions.

　　Executes data analysis including but not limited to fit/gap analysis, and reports findings in a structured manner.

　　Works in warehouse management systems (WMS), this may include but not limited to testing, validating process flows and providing support to warehouse operations.

　　Supports client on WMS deployments, this may include User acceptance testing, change management, Go-live readiness, and support.

　　Supports WMS integration with other systems, this include to create inventory of interfaces and verify that the data sent is consistent for warehouse to operate smoothly.

　　Keep up to date with warehousing practices with the objective to use them while supporting warehouse design.

　　Experience working in areas of warehouse operations management. Consulting experience is a plus.

　　Experience with Manhattan, Körber or SAP Warehouse Management Systems or other logistics software.

　　Passionate for understanding how technology drives warehousing.

　　Curious on learning how warehousing impacts the overall supply chain.

　　Analytical mindset and able to work in a creative yet highly structured way in problem-solving.

　　Team oriented, goal driven and ready to go the extra mile.

　　Deep understanding of urgency and ownership with limited supervision.

　　Good communications skills and stakeholder management skills required.

　　Ability to work in multicultural / multi skilled environment.

　　Fluent (oral and writing) in English, other languages are considered a plus.

　　Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Lodz or Gdansk

　　We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
