Hours/work schedule may vary. $20.72/hour (OT/$31.08) paid weekly on Friday. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. The Sales Representative is responsible for door-to-door in-home presentations with potential residential customers to have a smart home system installed in the customer's home. Build and sell custom smart home packages unique to each customer's home. Ensure customer expectation and company offerings are aligned in terms of the smart home packages being built and offered. Attend daily in-market trainings provided by local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls and emails if brand new onboarded customers have questions about the product installed. Work in all weather conditions. Frequent walking to prospective customer residences. No education or experience required. Employer will provide to the workers, without charge or Deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the duties assigned. On-the-job training provided. Sales Reps must sell at least 3 accounts per week. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. Designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at: 1825 K Street NW Suite 1203, Washington, DC 20006. Travel to prospective customer locations in the WASHINGTON-ARLINGTON-ALEXANDRIA, DC-VA-MD-WV MSA. Optional employer subsidized housing is available at worker request ranging from $200 to $415 per week. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally Departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). For certified periods of emp. 120 days or more, employer guarantees work equal to 3/4 of workdays in each 12-wk period of total emp. pd.
