Description:

　　Estimator for ground-up high-end residential and light commercial projects.

　　Prepare and perform accurate labor and material takeoffs.

　　Monitor bid progress including follow-up on subcontractors/supplier bid requests

　　Compile accurate and organized bids

　　Assist in assembly of project budgets

　　Read and review blueprints/plans

　　Prepare cost estimates for change orders

　　Collaborate with project managers, estimators, architects, and engineers

　　Skills:

　　Estimating software, Estimation, Construction, bidding, Pricing, construction estimating, bluebeam, timberline, ms project, procore

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　5+ years experience estimating within a residential or light commercial setting

　　Knowledge of construction equipment and estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing required.

　　Ability to read construction plans (architectural, MEP, civil drawings), documents and specifications.

　　Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, or Timberline
