About the Role - This is an SCA position .

HomeSafe Alliance is seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including on-boarding / off-boarding, new hire orientation, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of the concept of confidentiality, good communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with processing invoices as well as other general administrative duties. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to include the following, but not limited to:

Required Education, Knowledge Skills:

Typically requires an high school diploma and

Minimum 2+ years working in an HR support role

Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.

Experience in Workday HRIS System preferred

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HomeSafe HR team.

Typical duties include performing administrative tasks such as gathering and processing necessary documentation, preparing reports, maintaining and monitoring record databases, responding to inquiries, scheduling onboarding tasks, compiling and maintaining records, and assisting with Orientation .

Fraud Alert

Fraud has infiltrated the job placement market via the internet, email and direct phone contact.
