　　- Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of estate planning experience

　　- The ideal candidate experience working on sophisticated estateplanning and estate administration matters, tax planning, as well aswith providing general business advice

　　- The firm has a 1200 hour billable requirement

　　- The firm will offer \$115-125k in a base salary and attorneys earn1/6th their billable rate toward a bonus after 1200 hours

　　- Associates regularly earn bonuses over \$50k, some higher than \$100k
