  As an Automation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing attended and unattended ETL workflows using a combination of Alteryx, UiPath, and Python/R. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision, is a natural team player and enjoys problem-solving! Reporting into the Global Commercial Center of Excellence (GCCE) Lead, this role will be based out of Manila and an integral part of the Global Pricing & Risk team.

  Core Responsibilities

  1.Lead, design, develop and test complicated ETL workflows (end to end) with a key focus on working with complex Excel documents

  2.Deploy tested workflows onto Alteryx Server and/or UiPath Orchestrator for self-service, ensuring a superior end-user experience without exposing complexities

  3.Own, manage and govern user access for all self-service offerings

  4.Write custom Python/R code to work around limitations within Alteryx and/or UiPath

  5.Clear and concise technical documentation of all deployed workflows

  6.Business partnering with the broader Pricing & Risk team- working closely with appointed standardization/improvement regional champions

  7.Continuous Workflow improvements- improving UX & making workflows smarter.

  Operational and Administrative

  Complete any requests from the GWK and Account leadership as required.

  Participate in the business unit initiatives and activities.

  May be tapped to perform POC duties and responsibilities such as but not limited to:

  Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in GCCE and day-today functions. Mentor and train team as needed

  Conduct monthly quality audit review, best practice sharing, and coaching sessions with the peers

  Comply to monthly reporting requirements and activities of the business unit functions in a timely and accurate manner.

  Communication and Relationships

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  Identify account issues and solutions promptly, communicate to the appropriate level and resolution managed through the monthly business review process.

  Communicate best practice and key business messages.

  Qualifications:

  1.3-5 years of experience with Alteryx, UiPath (designer & server) with working knowledge of Python/R packages such as Pandas, NumPy and Openpyxl etc.

  2.Hands-on experience in designing and successfully deploying Enterprise-level automation solutions

  3.Understanding of star schema and data models (for data warehouse & visualization tools)

  4.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  5.Experience working with visualization tools such as PowerBI & Tableau is an advantage but not required

  6.Degree/Diploma preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of Degree/Diploma

  7.Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task. Ability to adapt to change when necessary.
