Job DescriptionSummarySubject Matter Expert (SME) for E-Rate business processing and senior member of Sales Support team. Responsible for tasks related to USAC and other government entities along with work effort for post-signed Statement of Work SOW) activity into Professional Services Automation (PSA) application from receipt into department through project closure.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Creates E-Rate invoicing instructions and supports Logicalis with E-Rate processing. This includes creating drafts for Logicalis quotes and supporting the SSR, AE and Invoicing Team answering questions regarding USAC's invoicing rules. Advises on product substitutions for these invoicing instructions.```{=html}

　　```- Supports Sales Operation with BEAR related E-Rate order guidelines and providing FRN screenshots as needed.

　　```- Reviews E-Rate Proforma invoicing when discrepancies occur and create the Pay Apps to ensure the customer and USAC are invoiced appropriately for their split on E-rate SPI billing

　　```- Maintains E-Rate knowledge and provides support for any questions regarding compliance with processing rules

　　```- Manages, organizes, and processes SOWs for both Professional and Managed Services into PSA application (Changepoint) for all E-rate contracts.

　　```- Helps maintain E-Rate monthly reporting from USAC to ensure deadlines are adhered to.

　　```- Maintains ongoing support of engagements entered which includes change requests, customer purchase orders and other modifications.

　　```- Maintains expert knowledge of tools required to perform duties; includes but are not limited to Salesforce, Dynamics Great Plains, Changepoint and Microsoft Office and E-Rate Productivity Center applications.

　　```- Provides team support and coaching around our E-Rate / USAC business.
