Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Director in Wheeling, Illinois. The role is within the IT industry, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing our company's information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technology infrastructure in the organization to ensure optimal performance and efficacy.

• Manage and develop upgrades to the company's telephone system.

• Oversee the management of all IT contracts and ensure they are kept up to date.

• Provide leadership to the IT department and its team members, fostering a supportive work environment.

• Ensure the company's data remains secure by keeping up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

• Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes.

• Work closely with the management team to input into the strategic direction of the IT division.

• Implement and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Supervise the development and advancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Coordinate IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users.

• Manage and report on the allocation of IT budget.

• Provide direction for IT team members, including training and development, with a focus on improving skills and enhancing the team's performance. Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of detail-oriented experience in the IT industry is required.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies are necessary.

• Familiarity and firsthand experience with CRM systems are crucial.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected.

• Proficiency in ERP Solutions is required.

• A deep understanding and hands-on experience with Backup Technologies are essential.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is necessary.

• Experience in dealing with Contracts is required.

• Proven experience in Deployments is crucial.

• Experience in Deskside Support is expected.
