Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the business services sector, located in Round Rock, Texas. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reconciling account discrepancies, and processing customer payments.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer payments, including Credit Card and EFT payments

• Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records within various systems, databases, and spreadsheets

• Identify and reconcile any discrepancies in customer payments

• Liaise with customers and other departments as needed to process unapplied payments

• Assist in the collection process by maintaining and updating customer credit records

• Generate reports as requested by management

• Undertake any additional duties as assigned. Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a role related to Accounts Receivable or Accounting.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures is essential.

• Knowledge and experience in Cash Applications is necessary.

• Strong skills in Cash Collections are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected.
