Job Summary
Directly responsible for all Service, Parts and Rental activities for WEC. Leads the CSG team to achieve their operational and financial goals. Has ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Works at the senior management level exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned initiatives. Position focuses on moving to and keeping the CSG at “Best in Class” level throughout our entire APR.

Cultivates and maintains long-term relationships with key vendors, customers, managers and employees to achieve mutual goals. Fully understands WEC strategy and supports company in this senior management position and supports ASEC and TPS requirements for both Raymond and Toyota. Works closely with Raymond, Toyota, Clark and Taylor Aftermarket Leaders on projects and issues and serves on committees as required. Responsible for CSG value proposition development and coordination during new business opportunities. Understands WEC business system to competently discuss all CSG department’s P/L while being able to produce needed reports. Supports WEC “Unity of Purpose” strategy to assist in achieving Corporate goals and initiatives. Responsible for complete Customer Satisfaction relating to CSG (Service, Parts & Rental) activities. Has authority to always do the “Right Thing.” Responsible for managing the development and implementation of the annual financial and operational plan for CSG. Meets all objectives by working closely with CSG Corporate Managers and Branch managers as required. Attends monthly, quarterly and annual business review meetings and completes all agreed upon action steps. Assists in identifying new business opportunities. Actively leads and supports a positive, proactive, results-oriented work culture. Values input from all staff and seeks continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility. Ensures all CSG personnel files are current with correct job descriptions, performance reviews and appropriate wage adjustments. Other Duties
Maintains excellent relationships with key vendors and WEC leaders. Responsible for preparing CSG organization for ongoing change. Changes CSG organizational responsibilities as needed, to maximize internal and external results. Responsible for implementation of standard work and supporting technology. Responsible for developing CSG Managers and building a succession plan. Educational/Experience Requirements
Degree in Business or related field preferred. 10 – 15 years of proven managerial experience. Significant experience providing leadership to large teams desired. Must have prior responsibility for CSG P/L management and have worked in MHE field for a dealer. Special Skills Needed
Positive attitude, well-groomed professional appearance required. Must be a real Leader. Must possess solid organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Strong presentation skills are required. Must also be able to navigate complex business deals and create viable business solutions.
