Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients and account executives to understand the client's business objectives and advertising strategy.
Effectively communicate with clients and account executives to develop media strategies and campaigns.
Execute campaign-specific strategies to ensure delivery and maximum ROAS for clients.
Present recommendations directly to clients in coordination with account executives
Review and monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery.
Work on several projects simultaneously, often for several different clients
Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior, and media habits.
Collaborate with sales teams on campaign POPs, Wrap Reports and Case Studies
Undertake research and analyze data using specialist industry resources.
Share the latest digital trends both with both internal sales team and directly with clients.
Qualifications for Media Planner
2+ years’ experience as a media planner or similar role
Demonstrable knowledge of digital advertising products: Streaming (OTT/CTV), Pre-Roll, Display, social media, SEO/SEM & and email marketing.
Knowledge of planning and managing multiplatform media campaigns.
Experience with media sales software – Strata, Wide Orbit, WO Media Sales
Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Exceptional presentation abilities coupled with a proactive approach to client interaction.
Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. comScore, Nielsen, GA Analytics)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in data analysis, excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for statistics and math
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Business/Marketing or Communications. Sales experience preferred.
Training/Equipment: MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Matrix, Google 360, Wide Orbit, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Google Ad Manager
Work Environment/Mental/Physical Requirements : A valid driver's license, state mandated automobile insurance and an acceptable driving record are also required.
