Description

　　Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Donor Engagement/Administrative Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, along with a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in tasks such as data entry, list management, and mail merge.

　　Handle all email and phone call correspondences, ensuring effective and professional communication with a diverse range of constituents.

　　Perform gift entry with mail, accurately recording and tracking donor contributions.

　　Merge and mail acknowledgment letters to donors, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.

　　Manage Amazon Gift-in-Kind (GIK) processes seamlessly.

　　Conduct Mailchimp clean-up and additions for Tailmail and other e-blasts, maintaining a well-organized database.

　　Execute various merges, including creating name tags for events and other related tasks.

　　Print physical acknowledgment letters, checks, labels, and other correspondence.

　　Oversee inventory for office supplies, including restocking and light lifting/moving of boxes.

　　Sort and open incoming mail efficiently.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

　　Strong customer service orientation.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

　　Advanced knowledge of data entry, list management, and mail merge.

　　Experience with data management, CRM, or relational databases preferred.
