We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Content Creator to support our efforts to drive energy transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for content management and proficiency in the latest digital marketing techniques. They will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The role demands a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Our new Digital Content Creator will report to the Sr. Manager Marketing & Communications and the position will be based out of our Salisbury, North Carolina office. Hybrid working arrangement is possible.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing marketing strategies for digital content that supports and aligns with the company’s marketing strategy.
Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms and purposes.
Optimize content for different social media platforms and target audiences.
Align with the communication and marketing team to translate the marketing strategy for digital purposes.
Creating presentations to communicate marketing strategies to other members of the team.
Evaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategies.
Work closely with the communications and marketing team to leverage the company’s website.
Conducting research on topics related to the company’s products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materials.
Utilize analytical tools to generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization and growth.
Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure that all activities are within allocated financial resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Digital media, digital marketing or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven work experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Familiarity with campaign planning and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms. Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Creative mindset, meticulous, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with copywriting. Experience with technical/industrial copywriting is a plus.
Expertise with video editing and photography
Experience in Adobe Creative package
