　　This is a rare opportunity to join the Carrier team as a direct hire. As a warehouse operator you will be responsible for supporting the materials operation in a distribution environment. This position works Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with overtime. Schedule may change based off of business conditions.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment

　　Support the picking/packing, loading/unloading and general warehousing duties

　　Understand method of locating materials

　　Read a packing list and follow defined shipping/receiving protocols

　　Record turnbacks

　　Process rework work orders/purchase orders

　　Perform and reconcile cycle counts, relentless root cause analysis

　　Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintain departmental quality standards

　　Execute JDE transactions relative to your area of responsibility

　　Perform 5S

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Certified PIV Driver preferred

　　Ability to work effectively in a team environment

　　Must be at least 18 years of age or older

　　Experience in a high volume, high complexity, distribution environment preferred

　　Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 35 pounds.*
