Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2024 through11/30/2024, 7:00 am-4:00 pm, 45 hrs/week, Additional overtimevaries, Monday-Friday, Schedule Varies, Some Saturdays may be required.Workers will be paid Weekly at $23.99-$25.00/hr,$35.99-$37.50/hr OT, Raises and bonuses at the employer'sdiscretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience. Smooth,level, spread and finish poured concrete surfaces such as floors,sidewalks, curbs using small hand tools, shovels and rakes. Align and setthe forms for sidewalks, patios, curbs or gutters. No experiencerequired, will train. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Theemployer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipmentrequired to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the workcontract period, employer will provide advance payment for initialtransportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to theplace of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are notreasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of thework contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer willprovide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employmentwith another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursementwill be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2Bworkers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, & other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
