THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

　　Position Description:

　　Red Trace Technologies, Inc., has an upcoming requirement for a Cyber Policy Program Manager.   This position will be split 50/50 between PM duties and Cyber Policy development. The successful candidate is responsible for organizing and assigning work, overseeing, and evaluating completing tasks, developing, and maintaining project reports, and briefing the Information Assurance Leadership on progress of tasks; anticipates problems and develops solutions to ensure tasks and overall project is completed on schedule. Drafting/developing/interpreting policies, program strategy, methodology, and/or procedures, with two years specializing in Risk Management, IT acquisitions, and/or Cybersecurity Risk Assessments.  

　　Qualifications:

　　10+ years of experience in experience performing program management role functions and responsibility with five (5) years in a supervisory role. Two years proven work experience in Cybersecurity policies, program strategy, methodology, and/or procedures.

　　PMP and one of the following CISSP, CISM, CISSP ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP required.

　　Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in a Computer Science related field.

　　Must have an extensive knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-100.

　　Experience developing and presenting Program Management Plans, Program Status Reports, financial reports, and other updates as required to senior leaders and managers.

　　Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and excellent computer proficiency.

　　Problem-solving skills

　　Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
