Manage incoming telephone calls
Field and send written business correspondence
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Knowledge of data entry
Complaints experience highly preferred
General familiarity with Spanish Language
Earlier work involving call centers
Resolve Customer Complaints experience highly valued
Practical knowledge of Adjustments
Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook
Billing experience
Background working with Interpersonal Skills
Customer service experience desired
About Time experience preferred
Comprehension of Computer Programs
Adeptness in Merchandising
Good understanding of Written Communication
Previous experience working with A Plus
Demonstrated knowledge of Claim Administration
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Excellent computer skills
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyStrong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
