　　Job Description

　　This is a full time culinary position in a four star luxury hotel offering fine dining breakfast, lunch & dinner. In addition to banquets & catering.

　　The position is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree or certification in culinary arts or a current culinary arts student in a 2 or 4 year program.

　　Responsibilities

　　Preparation of guest meals in accordance with company policy

　　Knowlege in preparation of all menu items

　　Ensure quality & consistency in all food preparation, presentaion & service

　　Ensure station is set up & broken down in accordance with company policy

　　Practice & meet all sanitation requirements

　　Be knowledgable of all stations in the kitchen

　　work in assigned areas to include off premise, banquet, cafeteria, buffett, restaurant, carving stations, hot, cold & pantry lines

　　Refrigeration & serving of hot & cold items

　　Production of orders

　　Performs other duties as requested by management

　　Qualifications

　　Degree in culinary arts / Current student in 4 year culinary / F&B program

　　Servsafe and TIPs certifications

　　Understanding of culinary terminology, Department of Health regulations, Sanitation requirements

　　Abiliity to multi-task while working in a busy work environment

　　Ability to stand for 8 hours or more

　　Ability to lift 50lbs

　　Ability to work holidays, weekends & split shifts as needed
