  The AP Coordinator performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of a high volume of accounts payable transactions.

  Job Requirements:

  • A minimum 4 years previous accounts payable experience

  • Mail distribution

  • Processing of high volume accounts payable transactions

  • Answering telephone calls

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • SAP Experience beneficial
