Customer Retention & Development Manager, Sweden
Want to create unique supply chain experiences for our strategic customers?
Reporting to the Swedish Country Manager and as part of the Swedish country management team, you will have the people management responsibility for our five Account Managers. Together, you will ensure our strategic customers receive a world-class experience with us as their logistics provider.
As our new CRDM, you will build and lead our CRDM program for Sweden to continuously build a deep understanding of our customers’ profiles, needs and expectations. You and your team will work closely with our customers to retain existing business and explore development opportunities to expand their business with us. The role will also initially support our organization’s CRDM program in Norway and Denmark to support their commercial growth.
You and your team will act as the customers’ ambassadors, driving internal alignment and co-collaboration in the three countries and cross borders to stay on top and ahead of the customers’ supply chain priorities and challenges around the world. This involves working closely with colleagues in the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian sales and operations teams and throughout the Expeditors’ network, including senior executives.
As a team, we are ambitious, and we take pride in delivering our goals and celebrate each other's and our joint successes with winning business. With us, the ceiling is high, with decision-making power and great freedom under responsibility. Together with your team, you will have the opportunity to set new standards by driving business development and securing continued customer satisfaction and revenue.
Even though we work independently, we always have a lifeline back to the team and our sales approach is "the team selling process" where we plan together how a customer should be approached. You will have a very large contact surface internally with sales and other account management teams, especially in the Nordics and Northern Europe, and you will over time create your own network within Expeditors.
Your base is our office in Upplands Väsby near Arlanda, where we look forward to seeing you when you are not out visiting our customers.
Our tone is open, honest and informal, and we appreciate a good laugh. We offer a supportive, friendly working environment where everyone works together to achieve common goals.
At Expeditors, we have a very long tradition of offering development opportunities to employees in all job functions as well as a very competitive bonus program and sales commission. Training and education are the lifeblood of Expeditors, and as part of our team, you will regularly participate in further training to keep your sales skills sharp and your knowledge of our products and services and the industry up to date.
