This role isaccountable for the overall results and ongoing utilization of adoptionfor assigned program. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Engage with oursophisticated advisors focused on understanding the practice operationsand advisor client engagement for increased adoption of all experiences.Consulting on development and implementation of overall holisticcommunication strategy for Field and Home Office for Adoption Initiative(in collaboration with Field Communications). Drives organization changeconsulting and methodology across the function, using acceptedmethodologies to implement a more prescriptive and proactive approach tohow we drive change in the field and within the function. Developactionable insights from field feedback and incorporate into adoptionstrategies and product development priorities Coordinate with technologypartners on high level impact analysis of proposed solution Analyze theindustry landscape including wealth management awareness and a subjectmatter expert on priority initiatives. Assist the business in developinga point of view on future state experiences Qualifications: Advanceddegree in Business, finance or related field or an equivalentcombination of education, field experience and/or progressivelyresponsible work experience. Minimum 10 years of progressivelyresponsible experience working closely with a financial servicesdistribution system in a consulting capacity with ability to buildrelationships and gain traction Experience in project management andconsulting work. Experience in aligning projects to corporatestrategies. Strong leadership, vision and strategy, decision-making andteam-building skills. Excellent facilitation experience to includeintegrating staff from various functions, leading and influencing otherswho are not under direct control. High level of credibility with theNetwork Offices and field management including excellent platformskills.
