Job Description :

　　Key Accountabilities:

　　To support customer marketing manager to deliver customer marketing plan and execution. Key Customers:CVS, HEMA, Yonghui

　　• Support the sales manager to develop and deliver the customer marketing plan

　　• Strong execution in customer marketing events

　　• Closely work with customer to understand potential needs, consumer insights and turn the insights into actionable and solid customer plan

　　• Conduct M&E on proposed activities for efficient and effective implementation and to look for future improvement opportunities

　　• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence both internal and external teams

　　Qualifications and Experience Required:

　　• 3-5 years of experience in consumable industry, prefer experience in trade marketing or marketing

　　• Creative in event/initiatives design, planning and execution

　　• Have experience budget planning and tracking

　　• Self-motivated and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’

　　• Chinese native, with excellent English in both written and spoken
