Provide return to work services for people who have been injured or handicapped on the job. Entry level personnel provide support for fully certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors while they are in training to pass the national exam. The company pays for study materials, and hours, to prepare entry level personnel to take the Certified Disabilities Management Specialist exam. Upon certification there is an immediate promotion to full Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and a $10.00 hour raise. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. Be able to work with a wide variety of people and have excellent organizational skills. VRC's interact with all stakeholders in a worker's compensation claim; injured workers, medical professionals, department staff, attorneys, employer representatives, etc.. Once certified counselors have the option to work from home, with regular monitoring by senior staff.The corporate office is in Ellensburg and the position requires travel on a regular basis.
