Description We are looking for an efficient Customer Service Representative to be part of our team in Santa Clara, California. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, maintaining thorough customer records, and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Check-in people using digital devices

• Manage and direct traffic efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Comfortable using computers and other technological tools for problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of customer service procedures and policies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.

• High level of patience and emotional intelligence.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Willingness to continually learn about products or services to improve customer service.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
