Opening for an Accountant Assistant or Staff Accountant for MIAMI BEACH office

Company Role Overview: Reputable second generation company providing travel services in the logistics niche industry. Offers employees: long-term stable careers, generous benefits and an excellent office culture team to work with! This role supports the Accounting Manager.

Schedule: In office; M-F; select from 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00 or 9-5:30

Location: Miami Beach/33140 (free parking)

Salary: depends on level of experience from $55-$65,000

Keys to this role:

at least 3 years of experience performing Accounting

strong knowledge of Debits and Credits

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Overview:

Reviewing and processing invoice payments being received from different entities

A/P transactions; prepare documentation and for approval

Cut checks for invoices from consultants, vendors, and the various travel services

Performs reconciliations, entries and make necessary adjustments

Journal entries, bank reconciliations, reviewing financial statements

Collecting information for month end close (can train)

Reconciling of multiple Credit cards, Expense reports and itemized

Payroll entries (QuickBooks or payroll software helpful)

Must have Strong knowledge of Debits and Credits

Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

At least 3 years of experience performing Accounting

Strong knowledge of Debits and Credits

Professionals pursuing Degree in Accounting are welcome to apply
