Construction Project Assistant for Eagan, MN Construction Company TMI Coatings, Inc. (TMI) is an experienced, well-known Painting and Restoration contractor restoring America s infrastructure. We have over 38 years of experience installing specialty coatings at commercial and industrial sites including Fortune 500 companies, municipalities and the federal government. We are looking for a Construction Project Assistant. Being reliable and dependable to get things done as well as being well rounded with a willingness to learn are core values for this position. Responsibilities include: Assist with project managing projects Find competitive quotes and place purchase orders Coordinate delivery of rental equipment and materials Search selected websites for Request for Quotes in our area of business Estimate labor, materials, and equipment Once awarded the project, prepare submittals and other documentation Communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner with superintendents, owners, and engineers Project manage jobs assigned to you Requirements: Experience in the construction field Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications Good math skills Associate degree or bachelor s degree (in a construction related field most helpful but not necessary) TMI employment requires a drug test, background check and physical Benefits: Health and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Competitive compensation Annual discretionary bonus TMI is an equal opportunity employer.
