About Conflicts & Intake Specialist

  Job Description

  Insight Global is seeking a Conflicts & Intake Specialist on behalf of an AM 200 law firm. This team is responsible for opening New Clients and New Matters across all offices. This role will conduct initial review of the intake form, confirm it complies with the Firm's internal policies, research using boolean logic, ensure all documentation is complete, and escalate to the Conflicts Attorneys as needed. This role is hybrid 2 days per week on-site in the firms LA or Orange County, California offices.

  Skills and Requirements

  -2 to 3 years of experience working within a conflicts department

  -High school degree required -Aderant experience preferred null
