Job Description

　　The Project Coordinator will help support the Roseville and Sacramento service areas for the client's hospital IT projects. He/she will coordinate the financials, scheduling, and organization of multiple technology projects. The Project and Program Managers they support are running dozens of projects related to facility infrastructure upgrades or implementations. For example, projects around networking, VOIP, desktop, IPad, and data center. Any 'hardware' or 'infrastructure' type of IT projects for the company's facilities in Fresno, will fall into this Project Coordinator's portfolio. We need an expert with Excel, who is very detail oriented and efficient.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* Project Coordinator or Jr Project Manager experience - 5+ years of work experience

　　* Back office experience -- very strong with MS Office (word, Project, Excel)

　　* Expert with Excel and managing multiple project financials.

　　* Demonstrated track record in coordinating multiple projects and working with a Project or Program Manager

　　* Very organized and detail oriented -- quick learner

　　* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　* Understanding of IT/Infrastructure projects or terminology

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　* Project Management Professional ("PMP") certification from the Project Management Institute ("PMI")

　　* Capital Construction experience

　　* Healthcare IT Project experience

　　* Bachelors Degree (or equivalent additional experience needed) null
