Job Description

　　Our enterprise level IT organization oversees all data systems development and delivery and this team is responsible for all marketing teams used by the business. One of our company's largest technology initiatives is going to require a large upgrade to our existing systems and an implementation of new tools, systems, and capabilities. Our focus is to create cutting edge marketing systems allowing the business to manage real time offers, marketing campaigns, customer data management, and software system integration. We are looking for an Experienced Scrum Master to manage the development and enhancements, as well as drive the Agile Methodology to ensure adherences to T-Mobiles concepts for our Marketing Service Oriented Architecture team.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　10+ years of Program manager/ Scrum Master

　　Scrum Certified

　　Extensive experience within a Business Intelligence Environment

　　Experience Managing Scope and Solutions Delivery for 2 week Sprints

　　Experience creating user stories and partnering with product owners to conduct Agile Sprint Scope Analysis - Experience working with Rally null
