　　Responsibilities for First Year /Full-Time Employees:

　　We require a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.

　　Project Work:

　　Get to work on time as directed by foreman with all tools as necessary.Perform work in a timely manner, neatly, and safely as directed by foreman.Provide daily equipment maintenance of equipment you are approved to use.Fill out mileage records as required if authorized to drive trucks.Wear safety equipment and comply with OSHA standards as directed by foreman.Provide all service order and warranty work.Advise foreman of all items needing repair on equipment immediately.**Physical Requirements:

　　A. Place, shovel, consolidate, and hand finish cast-in-place concreteB. Lift and carry 100 pounds of tools or construction materials over rough surfacesC. Work in a variety of positions throughout the day including standing, stooping, and bent at the waist.D. Manipulate hand tools like hammers, hammer drills, and wheelbarrowsE. Operate large equipment like jack hammers, vibratory compactors and uni-loadersF. Able to climb ladders and work off forming scaffoldsG. Build and dismantle forms after use using saws, hammers, nails, or boltsH. Dig ditches or trenches, back-fill excavations and compact using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes**

　　Must abide by all company policies and procedures.Provide paperwork requested from the office, insurance, and other miscellaneous items as directed.Perform miscellaneous tasks or other items that are assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.Wear company uniforms at all times as directed.Clean your trash/clothing out of all trucks on a daily basis.Keep project sites and TCES facilities clean and neat.
