On Call, Oahu - 4 Positions

　　The Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional (TRP) serves as an important supportive member of the direct care team in a small group home. Along with the Family-Teachers, the Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional implements the Teaching-Family Model, a proven community-based treatment approach for youth with serious emotional and behavioral problems. Must be able to cover the home 24 hrs./day, as assigned. The Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.

　　EDUCATIONAL and WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school degree or equivalent and one (1) year of experience working with children and/or adolescents. Must be able to work 8-10 continuous hours of supervising youth.

　　EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB Clearance, CAN Clearance, HI State Criminal Check, Hawaii/National Sex Offender Clearance, Drivers License, Drivers Abstract, No-Fault Insurance Card, Access to Insured Vehicle, 3 Year Employment History, Education Verification
