Sanmina Corporation hasfacilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.Global Account Manager Job Purpose: The Account Manager will beresponsible for managing Customers in the North Central Region thathaveproduction services in our plants in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Reynosa,Mexico. As our Business Development Managers bring in new business forour Mexico plants, the Account Manager will support day-to-dayoperations, and commercial activities for Mexico services. Nature ofDuties: Account Manager Responsible for a key Customer StrategicAccount - prime the relationship with the customer service/supplierorganizations, product teams, and internal communications links betweenplants/divisions. Act as local commercial contact in these interactions,escalation point, and in ensuring alignment to global strategic accountdirection, initiatives & goals. Drive revenue achievement and growth inassigned accounts/services/vertical integration segments by analyzingand meeting customer needs and developing account plans. Understandcustomer strategies and future product plans/evolutions as part ofdeveloping penetration strategies for new business opportunities. Own &drive completion of incremental business opportunities/RFQs, includingcoordinating corporate & plant resources as required, through tosubmission of effective, innovative proposals to the customer and thenegotiation of associated terms to capture profitable business. Developsproposals & solutions to address Customer strategies & win business.Direct account and plant/corporate teams to optimize the relationshipfocusing on sales strategy, customer service, technologydevelopment/alignment to Customer technology roadmaps. Partner with theoperations & program management teams to address customer specificinitiatives and strategies. Establish senior communication linksinternally & ensure cross-plant/divisional interactions andcommunications links exist and are effective; act as escalation point asneeded. Drive/negotiate pricing for products and services to accomplishprofitability targets, including non standard services/solutions asbusiness needs evolve. Monitor and support product transfer activities.Enforce all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with the termsand conditions. Identify and solution any...
