Own &drive completion of incremental business opportunities/RFQs, includingcoordinating corporate & plant resources as required, through tosubmission of effective, innovative proposals to the customer and thenegotiation of associated terms to capture profitable business. Developsproposals & solutions to address Customer strategies & win business.Direct account and plant/corporate teams to optimize the relationshipfocusing on sales strategy, customer service, technologydevelopment/alignment to Customer technology roadmaps. Partner with theoperations & program management teams to address customer specificinitiatives and strategies. Establish senior communication linksinternally & ensure cross-plant/divisional interactions andcommunications links exist and are effective; act as escalation point asneeded.
