　　Assist with general paint/maintenance duties at Tentac Enterprises

　　properties. Execute all general painting procedures while maintaining

　　an emphasis on quality and company standards.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Must be able to, with minimal supervision, paint while maintaining

　　the quality standards set by First Company.

　　Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using

　　sandpaper and removing old paint.

　　Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various

　　surfaces and completing touchups.

　　Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering

　　fixtures etc.

　　Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)

　　Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools

　　Apply varnish and other finishes

　　Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

　　All other tasks as assigned by supervisor not listed as essential

　　functions.

　　Resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively.

　　Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company

　　employees.
