Position Title: Qualification Labs- Homologation Technician (Temp) Department: Packaging FSLA: Hourly/Contract

　　The Packaging Qualification Lab team is a dynamic, collaborative, professional group that is part of the packaging team.

　　Our mission is to ensure the quality of packaging conception, supplier capability, and consumer experience through risk assessment, testing, and technical expertise.

　　We perform testing in our packaging labs on new launches, formula renovations, and packaging changes to support the business.

　　Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

　　Assist with packaging testing for new launches, formula renovations and packaging changes.

　　Hands on lab work performing packaging test methods such as drop test, decoration testing, sun test, e-commerce testing, etc

　　Responsible for creating templates, recording data, and communicating results.

　　Qualifications and Educational Background:

　　Technical or scientific background preferred (engineering, material science, packaging, etc)

　　Good organization and communication skills

　　Good attention to detail

　　Demonstrated proficiency in excel and can quickly learn web based software

　　Curious mindset and passion for learning
