Creates and produces regular reports for department leadership Troubleshoots Epic and OnBase system issues and makes necessary changes for resolution. Assists health information management and coding managment in development, coordination, and implementation of enhancements for the departments. Assists in new product assessments. Actively participates as a member of various teams and committees. Steps "out of the box" by thinking creatively and bringing forth new ideas and suggestions to management. Attends education and training seminars as well as User Group meetings. Other duties as assigned.
