JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our Clinical Training Specialist is instrumental inworking towards our purpose every day!! This position will typicallyspend 4 hours during the day and 4 hours in the evening, conductinginteractive product training and on-going education to clinicians inhealth facilities for all Posey Products. This position does spend 6 - 8hours per day walking and standing. Our Clinical Training Specialistacts as the lead for education both in person and virtually for allhospitals in designated geography. Travel is required 100% of the time,most weeks, will fly out on Monday and return on Friday. Most of travelwill be within the designated geography, but could require travel toadditional geographies as needed. Candidate would preferably live inMinneapolis, St. Louis, or Kansas City Metropolitan areas. ESSENTIALDUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: o Performs product in-services, educationalneeds for Posey portfolio to customer clinicians. o Initiates programsto ensure successful implementation of products in facilities. o Developpresentations and educational materials to use in meetings with fallsleads, clinical leads and VAT committees. o Perform on going virtual andin-person in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts asrequested. o Perform other duties, as necessary, to assist the ClinicalTraining Supervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.
