　　Opportunity Title: Ready Mix Technical Expert

　　Job Summary: This position's location is flexible and travel will be required, as they will support teams across the company. The Ready-Mix Technical Expert will consult with project teams, suppliers and partners to design educated solutions that meet customer needs while considering cost, quality, and risk factors of the job

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Stay current on the latest innovations in specialty floors and position organization to maintain and grow our leadership position in the specialty floor market.

　　Work with preconstruction teams to understand customer needs related to specialty floors and provide clear and compelling solutions that meet those needs.

　　Bring technical understanding and situational awareness of when and how to alter mix designs.

　　Train project teams on how to order specialty mixes correctly from ready mix suppliers and how to validate what was received.

　　Influence co-workers, ready-mix suppliers, and partners to achieve desired outcomes.

　　Traits & Qualifications

　　Clear passion for concrete construction. Understanding of technical specifications and details of concrete mix designs and big picture understanding of how the entire concrete portion of a job comes together.

　　Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to present to a variety of individuals and groups.

　　QA/QC experience with ready-mix producers along with material education.

　　Ability to work effectively and influence across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

　　Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

　　Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
