Job Responsibilities

　　Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour

　　Bargaining Unit Clerk

　　Duties as needed but not limited to use of computer, scanner, calculator, telephone, copy/fax machines and other duties as assigned.

　　Payroll – calculating timecards and keying into payroll system

　　Assist with payroll reconciliation

　　Document filing

　　Install new and preowned units (fleet)

　　Pull plates/ File plates

　　Package all plates

　　Pay bills for all new units

　　Payroll adjustments

　　Dates all checks

　　Research payroll errors

　　Register cars in NY and CT

　　Surrender units in NY and CT

　　Scanning of Documents

　　Installation paperwork for new cars

　　Vehicle Deletions

　　Salvage

　　Reports

　　DMV work and package

　　Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy office

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Self-starter, follows directions and meets deadlines with minimal supervision

　　Strong Customer Service Skills, internal and external

　　Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook E-mail, Faxing/Scanning

　　Communicates concerns and/or questions to supervisor promptly

　　Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

　　High School Diploma/GED
