Summary Provide support to Audiology and Speech Pathology Service Office of the Chief staff specifically the Service Chief, Section Chief Audiologist, Supervisors, and Administrative Officer for Viera OPC, Lake Baldwin OPC and Lake Nona OPC. Responsibilities Major duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for receipt and distribution of all mail and correspondence for the service ensuring items requiring follow up or actions are appropriately presented for completion. Will draft Power point presentations, memos and reports required by the service. Assist clinical management in the hiring process by completing HR paperwork, scheduling interviews and panels. Support the services leadership team as requested for strategic planning, budgetary support data collection, and performance improvement projects. Assist with the scheduling and monitoring of purchasing/procurement transactions for the full range of standard items and services to meet the service's needs. Maintain the procurement/purchasing records and reports. Monitor and control business papers, correspondence, and records, including the coordination of minutes, action items, and documents needed by the office of the Chief. Obtain and monitor the use of services, supplies, and equipment.
