Maxim Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Respiratory Therapist who would be interested in a 13 week, Full-Time Contract at a facility in Urbana, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

　　Position : Respiratory Therapist

　　Location: Urbana, IL

　　Shift:

　　3x12 hour shifts

　　Night Shift - Start time TBD

　　Pay: 60/HR (Local)

　　Travel – (36 hours/week) MUST be more than 50miles away

　　Total Travel Package = $2,314.00/week (gross)

　　Taxable Wages = $1,152.00/week

　　Weekly Lodging Allowance = $749.00/week

　　Weekly Meals & Incidentals = $413.00/week

　　Estimated Weekly Take Home = $2,026.00 /week (net)

　　Requirements

　　2 years of experience

　　BLS

　　Illinois RCP license

　　NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist
