  Description Position at Lifespark Cedar Creek,a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Director/Activites Director to join our growing team! We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our 70-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Located at: Cedar Creek Senior Living - 19131 Taylor St NE, East Bethel, MN 55011 Shifts Available: Full-time, M-F weekends as needed Wage: Are you compassionate towards others? Our Community Life Directorsbecomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a LifesparkSenior LivingCommunity. In this position you will ensure the development, organization and coordination of facility and community resources to provide comprehensive Wellness/Recreation/Activity Services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Our Community Life Director provides an ongoing programof community life activities. These activities are designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive Recreation/Wellness Assessment, the interests and preferences to encompass the Physical, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Vocational, and Environmental well-being of each tenant.Duties include: Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends. Purchase and maintain equipment and supplies and provide for their accessibility throughorganized storage. Establishes Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance. Communicate programs and develop positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers. Ability to train and motivate others while acting as a role model and mentor. Must be compassionate and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the tenants.
