US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is required.Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional customer and industry teams, including pilot SMEs and Human Factors Engineers, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Drive the agile software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage and prioritize project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
