　　The Robert B. Willumstad School of Business at Adelphi University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning January 2024 or August 2024. The Robert B. Willumstad School of Business is accredited by AACSB International.

　　Responsibilities:

　　The normal teaching load is 3 courses (9 credits) a semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

　　Teaching assignments may occur on the main campus in Garden City or at off-campus sites in New York City, or other locations on Long Island.

　　Courses are offered during the day, evenings, and on weekends.

　　Some graduate courses run on 8-week cycles, with 4 hours of classes weekly.

　　Qualifications:

　　The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analytics or related areas at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

　　A completed doctorate in a relevant discipline is required.

　　The successful candidate will have expertise in business analytics or related areas and must have a record of strong teaching experience and evidence of scholarly work.

　　Professional experience is desirable.

　　We are seeking candidates who have a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and graduate students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

　　Salary Information:

　　In compliance with New York’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. Adelphi University considers factors such as departmental budgets, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. An annual base salary higher than the range may be warranted in circumstances where a candidate has demonstrable equivalent prior higher education experience at another University.
