　　Responsibilities

　　Efficiently handle a high volume of invoices, approximately 900+ per month.

　　Accurately review and verify invoices for completeness and accuracy.

　　Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure proper documentation.

　　Proficiently utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for all accounts payable functions.

　　Maintain and update vendor information in the QuickBooks system.

　　Generate financial reports related to accounts payable using QuickBooks Enterprise.

　　Process payments in a timely manner while adhering to payment terms.

　　Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any payment discrepancies.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for payment approvals.

　　Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

　　Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.

　　Support month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.

　　Provide necessary reports and documentation to the finance department as required.
