So, Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) islooking to hire friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians toprovide common area and bathroom cleaning services. You?ll be ensuringtenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property tolive or work in. It?s important to be polite and respectful as well asthorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highestlevel of service. Primary Job Responsibilities: - Vacuuming, sweeping,and mopping floors of various types. - Dusting and polishing surfacesthroughout the building that include but are not limited to countertops,upholstered furniture, and light fixtures. - Scrubbing and sanitizingbathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. - Emptying trash cans aswell as washing and drying windows. - Requesting cleaning supply orders,reporting breakages, and needed repairs. Requirements: - Willing tostand on your feet for extended periods of time. - Experience in similarroles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets. -Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed. - Strongreport writing and clear verbal communication skills. - A High Schooldiploma or equivalent is preferred. - Planned Companies is an equalopportunity employer.
