Responsibilities: * Provide health care services in client's residence * Perform domestic and household tasks * Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands * Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the Clear Care App * Assist with clients’ personal care activities * Maintain clients care records and document provided services * Provide companionship and basic emotional support Job Requirements:  Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant * Level 2 background/fingerprinting * Current CPR * Current TB test (within the year) * Caring and compassionate personality * Valid driver’s license Qualifications: * Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Jacksonville, Florida Location: Jacksonville, Florida Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,  $600 - $800 per week   COVID-19 considerations: PPE provided for all shifts.
