Responsibilities * Answer, screen,and direct calls for entire company * Distinguish the need foremergency transportation * Pre-arrange transport for facilities whiledetermining the level of care needed for the patients * Arrangespecialty and critical care transportation * Provide information andassistance for customer service inquires as needed * Communicate withmultiple departments and EMS personal * Provide supportive informationto customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport *Develop effective solutions for customer service issues * Direct callsto Flight desk as appropriate * Other duties as assigned Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service of Wisconsin, Inc is committed to attractingand retaining the best talent.
